Kawagoe Station | Ticket gates and platform in ‘1,2,3,FOOOOUR’

Tobu Railway’s Kawagoe Station is a filming location for the ‘1,2,3,FOOOOUR’ music video. Tobu Railway’s official project page identifies the scene where the members walk from the ticket gates to the platform. Visit after watching the video to compare the scene with the concourse and platform used by passengers every day.
According to member Suzuka Chinzei, filming at Kawagoe Station took place after the last train. The cameras rolled late at night, after passenger service had ended at this normally busy station. In an interview, she also described putting collaboration stickers on station signs and pillars.
On your visit, compare the ticket gates and platform layout with the music video. You need a valid ticket or platform admission ticket to enter the ticket gates.
The address is 24-9 Wakitamachi, Kawagoe, Saitama. Kawagoe also has JR and Seibu stations, but the music video was filmed at Kawagoe Station on the Tobu Tojo Line.

Tobu Zoo | The scene of all seven members enjoying the rides

Tobu Zoo in Saitama is also a filming location for ‘1,2,3,FOOOOUR.’ Tobu Railway’s official project page points to the amusement park area just inside the East Gate, where the seven members were filmed enjoying the rides.
Yui Sakurai recalled capturing the members’ natural expressions as all seven enjoyed the amusement park rides together. At the official kickoff event, Karen Matsumoto also talked about stickers placed inside a roller coaster and at a station. Rather than searching for one specific ride, use the music video and the officially identified amusement park area by the East Gate as your guide.
This is a full-scale amusement park where you can spend the day. Picture the members enjoying the rides as you explore the attractions operating that day. Admission, ride requirements, height limits, and weather-related closures vary by attraction.
The address is 110 Suka, Miyashiro, Minamisaitama District, Saitama. The official project site also mentions stickers from filming and a padlock left by the members. The same decorations may not always be there, so check the park’s notices for what is on display and which areas are open. As of October 23, the park’s official website had posted a service disruption notice. Hours and park information are available on the alternative park information page.

Tobu Museum | The place where all seven introduced the official project

At the Tobu Museum in Sumida, Tokyo, a kickoff event was held to launch the TOBU KAWAII PROJECT. All seven FRUITS ZIPPER members took the stage, talked about notable moments in the music video, competed in onboard announcements, and tried the stamp rally.
Unlike music video locations such as Kawagoe Station and Tobu Zoo, this is where the seven members introduced the completed collaboration project themselves. Tobu Railway has released a video of the kickoff event. Visit the museum after watching the event record to experience both the project with the railway that the members discussed and the permanent railway exhibits.
Inside, visitors can see original railway cars, including Steam Locomotive No. 5, restored to its appearance at the time of its opening, Deha Type 1 railcar No. 5, and a 1720 Series Deluxe Romancecar. The driving exhibits include simulations using the cabs of 50050 Series and 8000 Series trains. Hands-on displays also explain how wheels work, offering a chance to learn about the railway seen in the music video from the perspectives of train operation and technology.
The address is 4-28-16 Higashi-Mukojima, Sumida, Tokyo, next to Higashi-Mukojima Station on the Tobu Skytree Line. Open 10:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (last admission 4:00 p.m.); closed Mondays (or Tuesday when Monday is a holiday) and over the New Year period.

Candy Stripper Harajuku Main Store | Pick out clothes in the Harajuku setting of ‘Pure in the World’

‘Pure in the World’ captures a different side of the group’s travels, with the colors of Harajuku rather than the Tobu line. Released in August 2023, the video follows FRUITS ZIPPER around Harajuku. One location is the Harajuku Main Store of fashion brand Candy Stripper, which announced that filming took place there.
This is a place to feel the group’s message, ‘From Harajuku to the world,’ through real shops and streets. The brand’s announcement also notes that the members wear Candy Stripper pieces. Beyond the song and choreography, it is fun to notice the patterns and colors in their outfits before visiting the store.
The Harajuku Main Store is still open on the first floor at 4-26-27 Jingumae; the official store listing gives its hours as 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Browse the current clothes and accessories and look for a favorite item. This does not guarantee that 2023 items from the video remain in stock or that the costumes are on permanent display.
Be considerate of shoppers and store operations, and follow staff instructions about photography inside. If you are exploring Harajuku on a separate day from Kawagoe or the amusement park, start here and revisit the music video to trace how FRUITS ZIPPER connects fashion and music.

Ebisu LIQUIDROOM | ‘KIKKAKE,’ the first solo concert

On September 12, 2022, FRUITS ZIPPER held their first solo concert, ‘KIKKAKE,’ at Ebisu LIQUIDROOM. Tickets sold out. The show came about five months after their stage debut in April of that year and was also streamed live.
The concert opened with ‘skyfeelan.’ The lyrics to this song were based on the members’ own tweets. During the show, including the encore, the group also premiered the new song ‘The World Begins with You.’ The concert delivered both a song born from the words the members had shared over time and a new song signaling their next steps.
In a video before the show, Amane Tsukiashi spoke about how idols had once helped her; Mana Manaka shared how Harajuku had inspired her; and Noel Hayase explained that she joined after looking for a place to stay involved in music. Before the first song, the members told the audience what had led each of them to pursue idol work.
The address is 3-16-6 Higashi, Shibuya, Tokyo. On an ordinary visit, you can see the building’s exterior; entry to the live venue requires a ticket to that day’s show. Shibuya WWW X | The second solo concert announced the next hall show

On November 11, 2022, FRUITS ZIPPER held their second solo concert, ‘The World Begins with You,’ at Shibuya WWW X. The song of the same name, first performed at the September show at Ebisu LIQUIDROOM, was released for streaming on the day of this concert. About two months after its live debut, the song’s release coincided with the group’s second solo show.
Along with a new opening SE, the concert featured a remixed version of the intro to ‘RADIO GALAXY’ and a dance performance. Rather than simply performing their existing songs in sequence, they arranged the opening sound and choreography to create a show designed for a solo concert.
Onstage, they announced that the final show of their first Tokyo–Nagoya–Osaka tour, already announced for February 2023, would take place at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA. The next goal announced at a Shibuya live house led to a hall concert in the same part of the city.
The address is 2F Rise Building, 13-17 Udagawacho, Shibuya, Tokyo. The same building also houses WWW, but this concert was at WWW X on the second floor. On ordinary days, visitors can see the building exterior and entrance area; entry to the concert venue depends on each event.

The concert realized the hall solo show announced at WWW X the previous year. The tour also premiered the member-introduction song ‘Welcome to the Furuhopper!’
The new song premiered onstage at the final show was ‘Chou Medetai Song: Is It Okay to Be This Happy?’ Sho Yamamoto wrote and composed it, with arrangements by Seiji Miyano. The show also brought announcements of a solo concert in Taiwan, the launch of an official KAWAII LAB. fan club, and first-anniversary concerts at Toyosu PIT and Namba Hatch.
Music artist YUC’e created the tour’s opening SE and ‘RADIO GALAXY.’ Listen before visiting, and you may notice the creator’s distinct touch in both the songs performed onstage and the SE that announces the show’s beginning.
The address is 1-1 Udagawacho, Shibuya, Tokyo. On an ordinary visit, you can see the hall exterior; entry to the auditorium depends on tickets for each event. At WWW X, the group announced its next hall venue; here, plans expanded to include a solo concert in Taiwan and first-anniversary shows.

On October 28, 2023, FRUITS ZIPPER held their first solo arena concert at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium: ‘FRUITS ZIPPER JAPAN TOUR 2023 -AUTUMN- The Parlor of FRUITS ZIPPER TOUR FINAL.’ About 8,000 people attended. The show opened with ‘Pure in the World’ and featured a giant float moving around the venue and wirelessly controlled penlights.
The concert premiered three unit songs, dividing the seven members into groups: ‘Pinky Red’ by Amane Tsukiashi and Karen Matsumoto; ‘Tenshin Ranman’ by Suzuka Chinzei, Yui Sakurai, and Mana Manaka; and ‘Bye-Bye’ by Ruka Nakagawa and Noel Hayase. These different groupings highlighted each member’s voice and personality in ways distinct from songs performed by all seven.
The group also premiered ‘Kimikoi,’ a new song expressing gratitude to its fans and singing of its next dream; it was released for streaming the next day, October 29. During the encore, they surprised the audience with the announcement of a second-anniversary concert at Nippon Budokan in May 2024. Their next goal led from their first arena show to Budokan.

Tokyo Dome | ‘ENERGY’ delivered by seven members across 44 songs

On February 1, 2026, FRUITS ZIPPER held their first solo concert at Tokyo Dome, ‘FRUITS ZIPPER SPECIAL LIVE 2026: ENERGY.’ About 50,000 people attended as they performed 44 songs, including medleys, over approximately three hours. In about three and a half years, the group’s solo shows had grown from their first one at Ebisu LIQUIDROOM in September 2022 to Tokyo Dome.
The concert opened with a video about exploring planets, followed by the seven members appearing alongside giant balloons shaped like their faces. They chose ‘RADIO GALAXY’ as the first song. A song carried forward from the group’s early live-house concerts and sung at key moments opened the Tokyo Dome show.
The stage also premiered three new unit songs with different member combinations: ‘What Will I Be When I Grow Up?’ by Karen Matsumoto and Yui Sakurai; ‘Midnight in my Head’ by Suzuka Chinzei and Noel Hayase; and ‘Round and Round’ by Ruka Nakagawa, Amane Tsukiashi, and Mana Manaka. Both the lineups and musical styles differed from the units at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium concert.
The show also featured the ‘COSEI Medley,’ linking solo songs by all seven members, and a cover of CAPSULE’s ‘Sugarless GiRL.’ For the encore, they premiered ‘Seichoki Nanode’ (‘We’re Still Growing’), then closed with ‘Niji’ and ‘Chou Medetai Song.’ It was a culmination featuring early songs, unit and solo performances, and their latest song.
The concert was released on DVD and Blu-ray on September 2, 2026. After seeing the exterior in person, you can revisit the 44-song performance in the concert video.

Get to know FRUITS ZIPPER | The seven members’ backgrounds and ‘NEW KAWAII’
This section introduces the members’ backgrounds, the origin of the group’s name, and changes they showed in their early concerts. Beyond the venue exteriors, these stories record the members’ experiences before taking the stage and the growth they discussed during shows.
From Harajuku to the world: seven members with different experiences
FRUITS ZIPPER has seven members: Amane Tsukiashi, Suzuka Chinzei, Yui Sakurai, Ruka Nakagawa, Mana Manaka, Karen Matsumoto, and Noel Hayase. They made their stage debut on April 24, 2022, and perform under ASOBISYSTEM’s idol project KAWAII LAB. with the message ‘From Harajuku to the world.’
Amane Tsukiashi, also known as Amane Tsukiashi, previously performed with HKT48. Suzuka Chinzei began her entertainment career as a cast member on NHK’s Tensai Terebikun series. Yui Sakurai and Ruka Nakagawa also performed in idol groups before joining FRUITS ZIPPER.
Mana Manaka was an icon girl at KAWAII MONSTER CAFE, an entertainment restaurant in Harajuku. Karen Matsumoto drew attention for her TikTok posts before her debut. Noel Hayase has also worked as a model. At the group’s first solo concert, she delivered a message in English to fans watching the stream from overseas.
The group’s name combines ‘FRUIT,’ meaning to bear fruit, with ‘ZIP,’ meaning to energize. Seven members with different backgrounds have come together to express a new kind of cuteness in their own way: ‘NEW KAWAII.’
The seven members’ small changes, shared between sets at ‘KIKKAKE’
At LIQUIDROOM’s ‘KIKKAKE,’ a video played before the concert in which the members discussed why they joined. Midway through the show, a radio-style segment called ‘Furuhopper Now’ appeared. Its theme was changes that made them feel they had grown. Rather than only talking about major goals, each of the seven described changes in daily life and feelings since beginning their activities.
Mana Manaka reflected that she had learned not to shoulder everything alone and to trust and rely on others. Yui Sakurai shared that she had once been shy but could now talk with many people. Amane Tsukiashi described how practice made the hand holding her microphone steadier. It was a chance to hear specific things they had learned through performing.
Karen Matsumoto mentioned waking up early, while Noel Hayase cited makeup and sun protection. Suzuka Chinzei said she had become more aware of creating meaningful time for people who watch or listen to them. These stories appeared between sets of songs in dazzling outfits, giving the show a glimpse into the daily lives of the seven, who had debuted only recently.
In the closing MC, Yui Sakurai said she hoped to inspire people who see them to become idols, while Noel Hayase said she wanted to seek out opportunities instead of merely waiting for them. The title ‘KIKKAKE’ brings together several meanings: why each member joined, how they changed after beginning their work, and what they hope to pass on to someone else.
Their third anniversary, Tokyo Dome, and the 2026 tour ahead
In 2025, their third anniversary year, they held a concert at Kobe World Memorial Hall in May, followed by an anniversary show at Saitama Super Arena on June 3. About 18,000 people attended a celebratory show featuring three-tier-cake-inspired costumes, carts, and flame effects. Yui Sakurai spoke of her joy at performing at a venue she had admired, while Ruka Nakagawa and Karen Matsumoto shared their wish to reach Tokyo Dome next.
On August 2 and 3 of the same year, they held additional concerts in stadium mode at Saitama Super Arena: ‘Saitama Super Arena 25th Anniversary FRUITS ZIPPER 3rd ANNIVERSARY Chou Chou Chou Medetai Live: San.’ About 50,000 people attended across the two days. According to TELASA’s announcement about the Day 2 stream, a moving stage brought the members close to the audience, and during the encore they announced their first solo Tokyo Dome concert for February 1, 2026.
Saitama Super Arena is now listed as GMO Arena Saitama and has entered a period of large-scale renovation. In the group’s path toward Tokyo Dome, the June Main Arena concert and the August stadium-mode concerts were separate shows at the same facility.
After the Tokyo Dome show, they held the fourth-anniversary arena tour ‘DREAM WITH IN’ from April through July 2026. Across 18 performances in eight cities, including additional shows, the set list changed each time. At the final show in Fukuoka, they performed 27 songs, including six that varied by date. Even after reaching the venue of their dreams, they continued to bring different combinations of songs to audiences around the country.
The hall tour ‘Secret Code’ opened in September at Yokosuka Arts Theatre. Alongside the new song ‘Secret Attitude,’ they premiered ‘Welcome to the Furuhopper 2!,’ an updated version of the member-introduction song created for their first tour. They continue to expand their performance style while presenting earlier songs in new forms.

The songs and their creators | Members’ words, anniversary songs, and a train journey
FRUITS ZIPPER’s concert venues and music video locations are connected with songs and creators that represent each period. Here is the background to early songs born from the members’ words, songs performed at anniversaries, and a song created through the Tobu Railway project.
‘skyfeelan,’ born from tweets, and the sound that starts a concert
‘skyfeelan,’ performed as the first song at ‘KIKKAKE,’ has lyrics based on the members’ own tweets. After a pre-show video in which each member shared her thoughts, all seven sang a song born from their everyday posts. It became an early signature of the group’s work, turning their words into a song onstage.
Music artist YUC’e also created ‘RADIO GALAXY’ and the opening SE for the first Tokyo–Nagoya–Osaka tour. SE is instrumental audio played in a venue, often to announce the start of a show. The same creator shaped both the songs performed and the sound that signals a live show is beginning, an element of FRUITS ZIPPER’s concert sound.
At Shibuya WWW X, they performed a dance to a remixed intro of ‘RADIO GALAXY’; at the 2026 Tokyo Dome concert, the song was chosen as the milestone show’s opening number. The same song can serve different roles depending on the venue’s scale and the structure of the concert. Listen to the recording, then read the concert reports to see how the song developed in their live shows.
‘Chou Medetai Song’ and the third-anniversary song ‘San’
Sho Yamamoto wrote and composed ‘Chou Medetai Song: Is It Okay to Be This Happy?,’ arranged by Seiji Miyano. It premiered at the LINE CUBE SHIBUYA concert in February 2023 and closed the encore at Tokyo Dome in February 2026. A new song that closed their first Tokyo–Nagoya–Osaka tour grew into a signature song that closed their Tokyo Dome show three years later.
For the third-anniversary song ‘San,’ Sho Yamamoto and Minoru Komorita worked together for the first time. From ‘Chou Medetai Song,’ released before the first anniversary, to ‘San’ for the third: the anniversary songs broadened their sound by working with different musicians.
‘Kimikoi,’ premiered at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, expressed gratitude to fans and the group’s next dream. At the Tokyo Dome encore, they premiered ‘Seichoki Nanode’ (‘We’re Still Growing’). Concert records at major venues bring together songs that supported the journey so far and new ones pointing to the next stage.
‘1,2,3,FOOOOUR,’ created with GRe4N BOYZ
‘1,2,3,FOOOOUR,’ created for the Tobu Railway collaboration TOBU KAWAII PROJECT, was written and composed by GRe4N BOYZ and arranged by nishi-ken. The song depicts people boarding a train and moving toward their own futures. Knowing its themes of travel and new beginnings helps connect the video to Kawagoe Station, Tobu Zoo, and scenes inside the train.
Mana Manaka said the song reminded her of listening to GReeeeN during her student years and of her own days commuting by train. It also carries the connection of a former listener now performing a song provided by an artist she once listened to.
The music video features Kawagoe Station, Tobu Zoo, and the interior of a Tobu Tojo Line 90000 Series train. According to the official project site, filming used a train before it entered commercial service. The vehicles were Nos. 95001 and 98001. Watch for scenes of the seven members relaxing inside and special displays prepared at the station after the last train—views not seen during an ordinary journey.
In Tobu Railway’s magazine, Noel Hayase also talked about shopping in Harajuku and at Laforet Harajuku. She enjoys trying different styles and at the time liked Korean fashion that mixed a cute look with a boyish feel. ‘Pure in the World’ visits Harajuku shops, while ‘1,2,3,FOOOOUR’ follows a train ride into town. The members’ own shopping and travel experiences offer another way to connect with both videos.
The TOBU KAWAII PROJECT runs from August 6 through November 1, 2026, but the collaboration train’s announced service period was September 27 through October 24, which had ended by the publication date of this article. As of October 23, station and onboard announcements were also listed as temporarily suspended. The station and amusement park settings remain visitable, but every limited-time feature does not necessarily run through the same date.

From the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium announcement to the Budokan concert
The second-anniversary concert at Nippon Budokan was announced onstage at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium concert in October 2023. Visit Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium in Sendagaya and Nippon Budokan in Kitanomaru Park, then watch the live video to trace how the announced goal became a performance onstage.
The live documentary included in every edition features rehearsals and interviews with the members. The standard edition also offers a look behind the scenes, on a separate disc from the concert itself, showing how they prepared for a venue of that scale.
The official teaser is a short introduction to the concert and documentary. Start with the teaser to get a feel for the release; choose the full video if you want to watch the entire Day 2 concert. The standard and made-to-order limited editions differ in commentary and included items, so choose based on whether you want to watch the live show or also hear the members’ commentary.

Field notes | Business perspective: make the journey itself a time to engage with the work
FRUITS ZIPPER’s TOBU KAWAII PROJECT connects ‘1,2,3,FOOOOUR,’ a song about people traveling by train toward the future, with a music video featuring Kawagoe Station, the train, and Tobu Zoo. The railway is both a way to reach filming locations and part of the work’s setting. With the station and onboard features included, the connection to the song continues before visitors reach their destination. The project is distinctive in how it brings the railway’s stations, trains, and local attractions together as one journey.
For a similar project along a railway, it helps to plan not only a list of popular places but also where to board, what to experience along the way, and where to spend time. In this case, the official site brings together the music video locations and project features such as the train and announcements. It also leaves useful information for ordinary rides and local exploration after limited-time elements end. When measuring the project’s results, separating video views from actual rides and facility visits can clarify how it connects with the transportation business.

FAQ
Where was the ‘1,2,3,FOOOOUR’ music video filmed?
At Kawagoe Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, on a 90000 Series train, and at Tobu Zoo. The Tobu Museum is a separate location where all seven members held the project kickoff event; it was not a music video location.
Can I still ride the TOBU KAWAII PROJECT train?
The announced service period for the collaboration train was September 27 through October 24, 2026, so it had ended by this article’s publication date of October 26. This is separate from the project’s overall end date of November 1.
Can I hear the members’ announcements at stations and onboard trains?
As of the official status check on October 23, 2026, station and onboard announcements were listed as temporarily suspended. Do not plan on them resuming; check the official project status.
Can I freely enter the platforms at Kawagoe Station?
A valid train ticket or platform admission ticket is required to pass through the gates. Filming took place after the last train, but during your visit, give priority to passengers and train service during regular operating hours.
Are there music video locations to visit in Harajuku?
Candy Stripper’s Harajuku Main Store officially announced that ‘Pure in the World’ was filmed there. The current store is on the first floor at 4-26-27 Jingumae, Shibuya, Tokyo.
